Gabriel is the program coordinator for China, Nepal (currently on hold), and Mali.

He graduated as a Medical Doctor from the University of Medicine in Cluj-Napoca, Romania. While working as a Family Physician, he started to do volunteer work at several orphanages in his hometown, performing medical examinations and immunizations for infants and toddlers. Before immigrating to the US, he was also involved in counseling groups of orphan teenagers.

Gabriel says it was a great opportunity to start working at Journeys of the Heart in 2003, and he is very happy to be part of a collective that is committed to build families though adoption.
