If you wish to pay an amount other than the $300 Child Adoption Application fee, please fill in the blanks below. Your link to secure Google Checkout will be sent to you as soon as possible, so that you can pay with credit or debit. Once you receive your link, your transaction is conducted on the secure Google Checkout server.
