Download the application, fill it in, and mail it back
to Journeys.

Method 2 |
Complete the electronic version of the application, online.
In order to complete the form on a secure server your browser
must support cookies. With cookies enabled, you will be
able to visit the secure server more than once in order to
complete the process. However, without cookies enabled
you will only have one 'session' to complete the form.
It is a good idea to first download and read the form before

Refund Policy |
Adoption
application fees and other fees are
non-refundable
Your fees are
for services from Journeys of the Heart Adoption
Services, as specified on our web pages. Fee
refund policy: Fees and other adoption costs
paid with credit or debit cards using Google
Checkout, once completed, are non-refundable.
During the adoption process clients sign a
contract that stipulates the Journeys of the
Heart refund policy. For more information about

Applications
will not be considered until a $300 non refundable fee is
received at our home office in Hillsboro.
To pay the $300 online, on a secure connection please push the
