Shay works full time in the Illinois Office as an Adoption Coordinator.  She helps birthmothers with adoption plans, and assists adoptive families with domestic and international adoptions.    

Shay grew up in the Northwest suburbs and now lives in Chicago.  She received her BA from Augustana College and her Masters of Social Work from Loyola University. She has much experience working with children and families through her previous employment, but her true passion is in adoption.  Shay's family is incredibly important to her and she would like to help other people create loving families.
