I feel very blessed to be doing something so important and rewarding for other families. I graduated from Ottawa University with a Bachelor’s in Human Services, and an AA degree in Paralegal Studies. After college I found Journeys, and immediately recognized my passion for adoption. I coordinated adoptions in Guatemala and China for three years, before leaving to start my own family. I have been a stay-at-home mom to my two kids, Olyvia and Euan, and wife to my husband Erik for the past five years. When I decided to return to work outside of the home, I was very fortunate to find that Journeys was looking to fill my old position… I definitely feel I’ve been led to Journeys by a “higher calling.” It feels great to know that this is where I am supposed to be!
